3.2 Create Credentials
  1. To create a Credential for a particular Collection, right click that Collection & select " option.
  2. A new window will be opened. Enter the details & click on "Save" button. Credentials will be saved.
  3. Enter data for all mandatory fields. Server/URL field should be filled up properly.
  4. In this way, Credentials can be created for any Collection or Child Collection.
  5. As we click on a Collection, corresponding Credential will be displayed.

Right click a Collection. Select "Create Credential" option.

A new window will be opened up. Enter appropriate details & click on "Save" button.

Enter details to create Credential as below. As displayed below for selecting Service as Custom, Post Data Format field is activated.

For selecting Service other than Custom, Post Data Format field is not activated.

Click on Save button to save Credential. Credential will be displayed clicking on its corresponding Collection record.

Notes:
A user can create a Credential into a Collection record if it has write access of that Credential.
