To create 5 level object hierarchy rollup in PWR Rollups follow the below steps:
Open the PWR Rollups application
Click on the New button
Give a name to rollup and select Source Object from the list
Now select the related object
Repeat step 4 till you reach 5 levels of the object hierarchy
Click Next button
Click on the Add Rollup button
Select Rollup Type, Source Field, and Destination Field
Add filters if required then check the checkbox to make rollup active
Click on the Save button
