Using Attachments.expert User can upload different versions of any file and access them as and when required. eg.- If user uploads a file “Tulip.jpg” Using Attachments.expert then-
For the first time when user uploads the file “Tulip.jpg” then no details are present in the Related List, as the file gets uploaded the details gets reflected in the Related List Section with the Version Number available in the dropdown as -1.
For the second time when user uploads the same file “Tulip.jpg” then details present in the Related List Section were for “Tulip.jpg” file Version Number - 1. But as the file gets uploaded the details gets reflected in the Related List Section with the Version No available in the dropdown as -1 & 2.
For the third time when he uploads the same file “Tulip.jpg” then details present in the Related List Section were for “Tulip.jpg” file Version Number - 1 & 2. But as the file gets uploaded the details gets reflected in the Related List Section with the Version No available in the dropdown as -1 2 & 3.
The user can access any Version of this file as per his requirement.
