Because they do not support HTML5. Attachments Expert uses latest technology of HTML5 called File API and only modern browsers support such functionality. Hence user must use such HTML5 supporting browsers.

Why I can not use it on other browser other than modern browsers like IE10+, Chrome 30+, Firefox and Safari 7+?
