Why am I receiving multiple recalculation emails after the setup schedule recalculation?

Earlier, in older versions (2.9 and prior) of PWR Rollups, recalculation emails were sent using a workflow rule. However, as workflow rules are being retired, this functionality has now been transitioned to a flow that performs the same operation.

In the latest version of the PWR Rollups package, the workflow rule has been deactivated and replaced with the flow. However, it appears that in some orgs, the workflow rule was not deactivated during the package upgrade.

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  • Go to the Quick Find box

  • Search for Workflow Rules

  • Locate and deactivate the workflow rule: Recalculate Rollup Result Email Alert
